Instructions for Retrieving Reports:

• These instructions will take you through the process step by step.
• If you still need help with this process please contact your in-house technical support. Although we've tried to cover many things here, your PC may be configured differently than we've expected by your in-house technical support staff and only they can assist you.

Not signed up yet? To start, we will need:

• A signed copy of the Agreement to Receive Reports Electronically from you. A login account and password - this will be supplied by Highmark Medicare Services in a letter via US Mail after we have received your completed Agreement to Receive Reports Electronically.

• A connection to the Internet or to Highmark or to the Highmark Medicare Services Network 
• An Internet Browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater, or Netscape Navigator 4.7 or greater) that supports 128 bit encryption is required.
  
  You may want to check the top of this page the second week of each month to see when the PS&R Summary Reports were "Last Updated".

  If you have an email account, we can notify you when the reports are ready. Each month, as filed are placed on the server, an email will be generated to the Highmark Medicare ServicesNews mailing list letting subscribers know the files are there. The email will contain a link to your files. To subscribe to the list, please visit the list subscription page.
