PS&R Summary Reports Last updated:

  • 10/09/2009 - Non-HHA PS&R Summary Reports available for paid claims through 09/30/2009
  • 10/20/2009 - HHA PS&R Summary Reports available for paid claims through 09/30/2009

The PS&R Redesign will be available soon. The PS&R Redesign will be utilized for all cost reports with fiscal years ending January 31, 2009 and later. These cost reports will be both filed and settled using PS&R Redesign. Cost reports with fiscal years ending prior to January 31, 2009 will continue to be filed and settled utilizing data from the Legacy PS&R. As a result of this transition, the Legacy PS&R will not produce reports that contain a through date after January 30, 2009. PS&R reports with a through date of January 31, 2009 and later must be produced from PS&R Redesign. Due to this conversion to the PS&R Redesign, there will be a short time period where you will not be able to produce interim PS&R reports. Interim PS&R reports are not a requirement and the inability to produce these reports will be temporary. This will not have any impact on cost report submissions. The PS&R Redesign will be available in time to produce reports (required for cost reporting) for providers with fiscal years ending January 31, 2009 and later.

Pick up Reports

  • For PA Providers Only - If you have an existing login account, you may view PS&R Data through 12/31/08. Please click "Log in to Secure Report Area" below.
  • For PA, NJ, MD, DC, and DE Providers - CMS is releasing the PS&R Redesign based on each facility's fiscal year end. Information regarding new user IDs and password signup will be included in a letter which will be sent to the facility near cost report submission time. Information about the new PS&R system and the IACS website may be viewed at the CMS website.

  • These instructions will take you through the process step by step.
  • If you still need help with this process please contact your in-house technical support. Although we've tried to cover many things here, your PC may be configured differently than we've expected by your in-house technical support staff and only they can assist you.
You will need:
  • A connection to the Internet or to Highmark or to the Highmark Medicare Services Network 
  • An Internet Browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater, or Netscape Navigator 4.7 or greater) that supports 128 bit encryption is required.

    You may want to check the top of this page the second week of each month to see when the PS&R Summary Reports were "Last Updated".

Each month, as filed are placed on the server, an email will be generated to the Highmark Medicare ServicesNews mailing list letting subscribers know the files are there. The email will contain a link to your files. To subscribe to the list, please visit the list subscription page.
