There are 3 options for connectivity to pickup your PS&R reports.

1. The Internet - if you have an Internet connection, you can access the reports over the Internet using your browser.
   
   
2. Highmark connection - Some facilities have a connection to Highmark for various other activites. If you have a connection to Highmark, it is possible that you can use this same connection to pickup your reports. You will still need a browser. You should discuss this with your technical support staff
   
   
3. Highmark Medicare Services Network - Some facilities have a connection to the Highmark Medicare Services Network for the purpose of electronic billing (EMC) or direct data entry in the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) or for picking up electronic remittance advices (ERA). If this connection is a frame relay connection or a modem connection using Dial Up Networking (DUN) then it can be used along with your browser to pick up your reports.
