(1) Our provider services lines are operational 8:00am – 4:00pm daily Eastern Time. The Provider Contact Center is closed Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:00 am - 9:00 am Eastern Time the first four Tuesdays and Thursdays of the month for training. During these periods of time, the IVR is available to provide Medicare information. (2) Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system enables you to receive information without representative intervention. The IVR provides quick and accurate responses to routine inquiries. It is available Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. (3) TTY stands for text telephone. It is also referred to as a TDD or telecommunication device for the deaf. A TTY is a special device that allows individuals to type messages back and forth to one another instead of talking and listening. A TTY is required at both ends of the conversation in order to communicate. Return to main contact information page |
